Q: How do I sign up for this service?
A: Sign up by completing the Sign Up form which is accessible by clicking the following link.  https://easy.com.bd/en/signin

Q: How do I activate my Easy.com.bd account?
A: After completing the Sign Up, a verification code will be sent to the email address that you have provided. Once you log in for the first time you will be asked to insert this code on the E-mail Verification page. After you insert the correct code, your account will be activated. Please provide a valid email address; otherwise you will not be able to receive the Top-Up invoice in your email address. Your entered mobile number should also be valid as it will be used by our Support Desk for contacting you in case any issues arise.

Q: How do I log in?
A: Use the E-mail address and password you provided during registration to Log in to easy.com.bd.

Q: How do I purchase a Top-Up?
A: Use and follow the step-by-step transaction process to purchase a Top Up;
(i) Select one of the operators from home page. Just click on any of the operator logos and it will take you to the Top-Up entry page.
(ii) After you select the beneficiary number, enter the amount, and the connection package, it will take you to the payment confirmation page;
(iii) After transaction is successfully processed, you will be informed and receive an invoice in your email; a confirmation SMS will be sent to the recipient mobile number of the Top-up transfer from the telecom operator;

Q: How do I purchase a Qubee pay postpaid bill?
A: Use and follow the step-by-step transaction process for doing this;
(i) Select Qubee from home page and it will take you to the package selection page.
(ii) After you enter the account number and amount, it will take you to the confirmation page;
(iii) After your confirmation you will be taken to the payment gateway page. After giving the payment details the transaction will be processed.
(iv) After successful transaction, you will be informed in your email; a confirmation SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number of the payment by Qubee;

Q: How can I make payment?
A: Payment is authorized at the time you place the order. Unless otherwise changed by easy.com.bd, you may use only the following payment methods:
(i) Credit Cards and Debit Cards accepted by SSLCOMMERZ, including VISA, MasterCard, DBBL Nexus Card, BRAC Bank and Q-Cash, etc.

Q: When can I do a Top-up? Are there any time and transaction limits?
A: All services from easy.com.bd are available anytime anywhere. There is a transaction limit on Top-up amount- for mobile prepaid connection, it's 50 Tk to 1000 Tk and for mobile postpaid connection, it's 50 Tk to 2500 Tk. Consecutive Top-Up transactions to the same Mobile Number will be allowed after 15 minutes of previous successful Top-up.

Q: How many numbers can I add to my account?
A: You can add 10 (ten) more mobile numbers along with your mobile number and can recharge those 11 (eleven) numbers from easy.com.bd. These numbers will be referred as “Beneficiary Numbers”.  

Q: How can I add “Beneficiary Numbers”?
A: You can add the numbers by clicking “Manage Beneficiary” on the top-up details page.

Q: How can I change or replace the “Beneficiary Numbers” which has been added?
A: You have to send an e-mail to support@easy.com.bd with your request and we shall take the necessary steps to make the modifications.

Q: How can I get a refund?
A: Any Top-Up and/or Internet Recharge purchased using easy.com.bd is not returnable. Your payment is only refundable in the condition that the payment was successfully debited by your bank or payment processor but service has not been provided. If payment is debited and service is provided, there is no refund.

Q: What do I do if there is any error or my internet connection is disconnected in the middle of the process?

Q: What do I do if I find that my account has been hacked or used for fraudulent transactions  or forgeries?
A: Any fraudulent activity or forgery attempted, detected, or traced to your easy.com.bd Account is a punishable offence by the laws of Bangladesh. Such attempts will be reported to Bangladesh Police for taking lawful actions against you. If you detect or know that your easy.com.bd Account Information has been used for any fraud or forgeries, you should immediately notify us at the following support desk:

Q: If I face any problem to pay with my card, how can I contact my bank?
A: If you are not able to pay with your card, please contact with your respective bank to find out whether your card is enabled for online e-commerce transaction. You can request your bank to enable it for transaction by contacting the following numbers.
